Johnson C. Smith - Dames is een basketbalteam van de universiteit Johnson C. Smith in Charlotte, North Carolina. Het team komt uit in de NCAA Division II en is lid van de Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA). De Dames werden opgericht in 1974 en hebben zes CIAA-kampioenschappen gewonnen, waaronder vijf opeenvolgende titels van 1979 tot 1983. Het team won ook het NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship in 1981. De Dames worden gecoacht door Stephen Joyner Sr., die de leiding heeft over het programma sinds 1978.
