NK Dugopolje U19 werd opgericht in 1999 als onderdeel van de voetbalclub NK Dugopolje. Het team speelde aanvankelijk in regionale jeugdlega's voordat het promoveerde naar de nationale U19-liga in 2006.

NK Dugopolje U19 speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Gradski stadion Dugopolje, dat een capaciteit heeft van 2.000 toeschouwers.
