Puistolan Urheilijat (abbreviated PuiU) is a sports club from Helsinki, Finland specialising in football, badminton, tennis, volleyball, bowling and fitness. The club was formed in 1929 and currently has 1,400 members. The men's football first team currently plays in the Kolmonen (Third Division) and its home ground is at the Puistolan liikuntapuisto.

Puiu is een Finse voetbalclub uit de plaats Kemi. De club werd in 1999 opgericht en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Sauvosaaren urheilupuisto. De clubkleuren zijn rood, geel en zwart.

Puiu komt uit in de Kakkonen, de derde divisie van Finland. De club heeft nog nooit in de hoogste divisie gespeeld.

De naam Puiu komt van de gelijknamige heuvel in Kemi. De heuvel is een populaire plek om te wandelen en skiën.
