The Czech Fourth Division (Czech: Divize) is the fourth tier of football in the Czech Republic. The level consists of six divisions, named Divize A-F, Divize A-C each holding 16 teams and Divize D-F each holding 14 teams. The top teams from Divize A, B and C are promoted to the Bohemian Football League while the top teams from Divize D, E and F are promoted to the Moravian–Silesian Football League. The number of relegated teams varies between the divisions, the destination of the relegated teams is one of the 14 Regional Divisions at level 5 of the pyramid.
The format of the three Bohemian divisions (A, B and C) is unconventional in that it does not allow draws. As of the 2014–15 season, if a match is tied, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout. The winner of the shootout gets two points and the loser gets one.
Since 2021–22 season, the teams are again awarded by 3 points for a win and 1 point for a tie.
De 4e Liga is het vierde niveau in het Tsjechische voetbalsysteem. De competitie bestaat uit 68 teams, verdeeld over vier divisies: groep A, B, C en D. Elk team speelt 34 wedstrijden in het reguliere seizoen, met een thuis- en uitduel tegen elk ander team in hun divisie. De kampioen van elke divisie promoveert naar de Tsjechische voetbalbond, terwijl de onderste drie teams van elke divisie degraderen naar de Krajský přebor (Regionale Kampioenschap).
De 4e Liga is een competitief niveau en er spelen een aantal sterke teams mee. De topteams in de competitie zijn vaak voormalige professionele teams die zijn gedegradeerd uit de Tsjechische voetbalbond of veelbelovende teams die proberen om te promoveren naar hogere niveaus.

Deze teams hebben allemaal sterke jeugdopleidingssystemen en bieden hun jonge spelers de kans om ervaring op te doen op seniorenniveau.
De 4e Liga is een belangrijk niveau in het Tsjechische voetbalsysteem en speelt een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling van jonge spelers. De competitie biedt een platform voor talentvolle spelers om op te vallen en is een opstap naar de hoogste niveaus van het Tsjechische voetbal.
